How long will it take to get here? - Click here to determine approximately
how many business days it will take for your order to arrive by FedEx Ground. Make sure to read text under the map. The map indicates business days. They do not count
the weekends or deliver on the weekends. While Ground service is not guaranteed, they usually run right on schedule. The are the best in the business! Once your order ships, you will
be given a tracking number and you can track online at FedEx.com. You do not need to be home to sign for the package.
Shipping To A Different Address?
Shipping your order to a work address or to someone else as a gift
is no problem. Include a company name if it is a business. Please double check the address and make sure it is 100% correct. When customers give us wrong shipping information, FedEx charges us $10.00 for address correction which we may have to pass on the the customer. Please provide
a daytime phone number for both the cardholder and the delivery address. (We will never call the recipient unless it is a problem with FedEx finding their address. We are always discreet and will never reveal what is being sent or who it is coming from).

Inspect Game Upon Receipt
It's always a good idea to check the game thoroughly upon receipt for
any shipping damage. While damage claims are very rare, this quick check will bring peace
of mind and allow us to replace any merchandise immediately, thereby
eliminating any sad faces on Christmas morning. Our shipper requires us to report all damage
claims within 14 days of receipt. We also recommend
keeping the shipping and game boxes for a little while instead of
immediately tossing them out. All returns must include these original
boxes.
Having Problems Processing Your Order?
If you have any problems processing your order, please notify us
by email immediately. We use a third party processor and this will
alert us to the problem. We will gladly call you and take your order
by telephone. Remember, the number one reason credit card orders
fail is due to a wrong billing address for the cardholder. Your
billing address is the address on file with your credit card company,
the address where you receive your statement. If you aren’t
sure what it is, look on your statement or call the phone number
on the back of your credit card. You must input that address exactly
as it appears on your statement.
PayPal Users
If you pay using PayPal, we recommended including your telephone
number in the "message" area of your payment in case we
need to contact you. We promise we will only call you for reasons
pertaining to your order. (Remember, we will never share your personal
information with anyone, for any reason.)
