If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your Tablehockey product, you may return it within
30 days of receipt for a full refund, less original shipping fees. To return an item, you must
first contact us via phone or e-mail to obtain a Return Authorization
Number. We will not accept returns that don't have an RMA number.
Returns received more than 30 days after delivery date will be refused
and returned to customer. Please include a copy of the receipt or
invoice with the return.
Only new merchandise in its original unopened packaging can be returned.
Items must be in "like new" unassembled condition, with all original
parts, accessories, manuals, etc. and must be packaged in the original
retail box. All returns will be subject to a small 3% restocking fee. Returns which are received with missing or damaged items will be charged a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. If multiple items
are missing or damaged, customer will be billed for the cost to
replace those items from the manufacturer. All returns must be fully
resellable after the return. Goods returned in unsellable condition
will not be credited. Ice sheets are not returnable.
Please note that original shipping fees are non refundable. All products listed as "shipping included" have original shipping costs which are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the merchandise. You must ship returned merchandise via a courier that provides
tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. You must also
insure the return to eliminate any liability issues if the merchandise
is damaged during transit. We will assume no liability for loss
or damage of returned packages. Returns that are not insured and
then lost or damaged in transit, will not be credited.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet
shipped. If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying
the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning
a canceled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking,
and provide us with the tracking number. You must insure the returned
merchandise. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will
be charged for the item. For items that are canceled after they
are shipped, your account will not be credited until we receive
the returned item. Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned
unopened.
