View the FedEx Zone Map to calculate when your game will arrive. Game orders ship by FedEx Ground. Team and small part orders are shipped through the US Postal service. Delivery times will vary. If your order is time sensitive, you may want to upgrade to Rush Shipping.

Because getting the game to you safely is our top priority, we use FedEx Ground, the industry leader in residential package delivery.

Your game will be shipped in a custom made heavy duty cardboard box with inserts for maximum protection. (See photo above.) We don't just send it out wrapped in bubble wrap like some retailers do.

We use plain brown boxes so inside contents will not be obvious from the outside. Our company name "Tablehockeyshop.com" is listed in small print on the address label.

Rush shipping is available through FedEx Express. Contact us for details.

You do not need to be home to sign for the package. Fedex Ground will leave the package without a signature. We can also ship to a work address or alternative address if needed.

FedEx Ground does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please make sure that your shipping address is a physical street address.

In the unlikely event that your game incurs damage during transit, we will replace the damaged parts and/or game promptly and free of charge. Contact us and we will handle the problem for you immediately. Please note that any shipping damage claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of game.

Items reshipped due to warranty issues, damage, defect or missing merchandise are shipped by FedEx Ground, first class or priority mail only. We do not upgrade or pay overnight or express shipping fees for these items. Packages with an incorrect address are re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Paypal users must have their addresses confirmed and correctly updated with Paypal before placing order. If you move and you do not update your address with Paypal, the order will arrive to us with the old address listed as the delivery address and will ship to that address. Tablehockeyshop.com will assume no responsibility for shipping fees in this situation. Packages will be re-shipped at the customers expense. Shipping fees will not be refunded if the order is then cancelled by the customer.
