My first instinct was to shop on Amazon but then I googled rod hockey and found Table Hockey Shop. The prices are better than Amazon and they had exactly what I wanted in stock. The best part was the shipping. Not only was it free but I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon and received it Thursday. Couldn’t ask for more! Sue G

I originally purchased through Amazon but the game arrived damaged. Amazon just put an address label on the game box and unbelievably did not even ship the game in an outer carton. I sent it back and then called these fine folks. They told me it would ship in a custom outer box and that they would send an immediate replacement if I had any issues with damage during transit. Game arrived in perfect condition and fast. Very pleased. Feels good to support a small shop and family owned company!

I placed the order for the Stanley Cup table hockey game around 3:00 pm on 12/28 and FedEx delivered it to our home at 1:15 pm on 12/29 that is by far the FASTEST delivery we’ve ever had. We love the game, I had Stiga when I was a kid growing up in NE Phila. and being a Broad Street Bullies fan I had to get the Flyers to go with the game. Maybe we’ll take it to the Jersey shore next summer and challenge Bernie to a game. Go Flyers!

Thanks for the wonderful customer service! The package arrived on Saturday, just in time for my son’s 6th birthday party. It was the “hit” gift of the party, with everyone wanting to get a turn. He told the neighbors he got a soccer game and they asked if it was a video game or an app. Thanks for selling “old school” games! Also, thanks for the advice on installing players. Too often, it is easy to just turn to Amazon and hit “order” but I am so glad I tried another vendor because this kind of customer service is unprecedented. Keep up the good work!

(The few other online stores that had the game indicated that it would not arrive in time without expensive express shipping.) I took a chance because your website explained that your packing and processing is very quick because they are just steps apart, and that it usually ships the same day.
