30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your table hockey game comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Table hockey product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less original shipping fees and a 4% restocking fee.

To make a return, you must first contact us via phone or e-mail to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We can not accept a returns unless you have an RMA number. Some products are drop shipped from the manufacturer and should not be returned to us. This is why you must contact us first so we can give you the appropriate information. Returns received more than 30 days after delivery date will be refused and returned to customer. Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice with the return. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Only new merchandise in its original, unopened packaging can be returned. Items must be in “like new” un-assembled condition, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc. and must be packaged in the original retail box. All returns will be subject to a small 4% restocking fee. This covers the 4% processing fees that we had to pay the credit card company which are non-recoupable. Returns which are received with missing or damaged items will be charged a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. If multiple items are missing or damaged, customer will be billed for the cost to replace those items from the manufacturer. All returns must be fully re-sellable after the return. Goods returned in unsellable condition will not be credited. Ice sheets are not returnable.

Please note that original shipping fees are non refundable. All products, even products listed as “free shipping” have original shipping costs associated with them that are non-refundable. We will deduct the original shipping fees that we paid FedEx to send you the merchandise. In addition, customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the merchandise to us. You must ship returned merchandise via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. You must also insure the return to eliminate any liability issues if the merchandise is damaged during transit. We will assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. Returns that are not insured and then lost or damaged in transit, will not be credited.

If you have an item which was damaged during shipping, do not return it, contact us for instructions. Do not try to contact the shipper yourself, we will handle everything for you.

If you have a warranty issue including missing or defective parts for Stiga hockey games, contact Stiga directly as they handle warranty directly with the customer. Their phone number is in the game manual. For warranty issues with other products, contact us for further instructions.

Cancellation of Orders/Refunds

All credit card processing companies charge us an approximate 4% fee for processing orders. When a customer cancels an order and requests a refund, that 4% fee is not refunded back to us. We still have to pay it. As a small business, we can not continue to absorb these fees. Due to these costs, our refund policy is that we will deduct that 4% from the refund amount. If you cancel an order after the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning a canceled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. You must insure the returned merchandise. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. For items that are canceled after they are shipped, your account will not be credited until we receive the returned item. Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened.

Exchanges

Sorry, we do not do exchanges and mix transactions together as it is difficult to keep track of and prevents good record keeping. You may return the original item and then purchase the new item.
